New Year, New You: Shaina’s Workout Playlist

by Shaina on January 31st, 2012

I have a pretty standard playlist for my workouts.  I have a pretty eclectic taste in music – a lot of different types of songs get me geared up for a good workout.

Without further ado, here’s what I rock out to in the gym:

  1. Set Fire to the Rain – Adele
  2. Time and Confusion – Anberlin
  3. Get Outta My Dreams, Get Into My Car – Billy Ocean
  4. Meet Me Halfway – Black-Eyed Peas
  5. Tighten Up – The Black Keys
  6. Born To Run – Bruce Springsteen
  7. Radio Nowhere – Bruce Springsteen
  8. Thunder Road – Bruce Springsteen
  9. Every Teardrop is a Waterfall – Coldplay
  10. Love The Way You Lie – Eminem and Rihanna
  11. I Like It – Enrique Iglesias feat. Pitbull
  12. MoneyGrabber – Fitz and the Tantrums
  13. Good Feeling – Flo Rida
  14. Somebody to Love – Glee Cast
  15. Valerie – Glee Cast
  16. Ridin’ Solo – Jason Derulo
  17. Stronger – Kanye West
  18. California Gurls – Katy Perry feat. Snoop Dogg
  19. Telephone – Lady Gaga
  20. You and I – Lady Gaga
  21. Party Rock Anthem – LMFAO
  22. Moves Like Jagger – Maroon 5 feat. Christina Aguilera
  23. Sunday Morning – No Doubt
  24. You Can Call Me Al – Paul Simon
  25. Start Me Up – The Rolling Stones
  26. Copperhead Road – Steve Earle
  27. American Girl – Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers

Okay!  I don’t know about you … but all that good music has made me want to go for a run!

New Year, New You: Lisa’s Playlist

by Lisa on January 11th, 2012

When it comes to workout music I need something with a hard beat. I’ve had the same playlist for awhile now and very few songs get added to it. These are the songs that motivate me and make me want to keep running or walking.

1. Lose Yourself – Eminem
2. ‘Till I Collapse – Eminem & Nate Dogg
3. Stronger – Kanye West
4. Gold Digger – Kanye West
5. I Gotta Feeling – Black Eyed Peas
6. Boom Boom Pow – Black Eyed Peas
7. Pump It – Black Eyed Peas
8. Gimme More – Britney Spears
9. Toxic – Britney Spears
10. Fighter – Christina Aguilera
11. Jump – Madonna
12. Sexy Back – Justin Timberlake

Hmmm, yeah. Like I said, I’ve hardly updated this list at all. These are my favorite songs and I’m sticking to them.

Fab Gift Idea: 20% iTunes Discount – $100 iTunes Gift Cards for $80 at Best Buy

by Lisa on November 25th, 2011

iTunes Gift Card

Is anyone you’re shopping for going to get an iTunes gift card in their stocking?

Right now Best Buy has $100 iTunes Gift Cards for just $80! A 20% iTunes discount is almost unheard of. (Maybe it is unheard of? My brain’s a little fried at this point in the day.)

Click here to check out the $100 iTunes Gift Card. While it will say the price is $100, scan for the “Special Offers” and there should be a link that says “$100 iTunes Card for $80; See How.” This is where you’ll snag the gift card, and the discount will be added in your shopping cart.

In addition to a $100 iTunes gift card, from that special page above they’ll explain that the deal will also work on 2 $50 iTunes gift cards. You can also choose to receive digital download codes, instead of gift cards.

Gift cards will ship to you for free from Best Buy!

Click here to snag this deal now!!!

NOTE: I expect this to sell out pretty quickly, so make haste! ;)
