So when I said I wasn’t going shopping this weekend I kind of fibbed.  I am going shopping on Sunday.  I’ll be driving from Detroit to Chicago and on the way there’s the best outlet mall in Michigan City, Indiana.  I will be hitting up that outlet mall with a vengeance.

And the above notice just made me that much more happy.  Through Sunday, November 29, 2009, Banana Republic Factory Stores are reducing the cost of everything they sell by a whopping 50%.  No coupon is necessary – you’ll just find the discounts waiting for you.  Score!

Many of you may have received an offer from the Gap this past week letting you know that their annual Friends & Family Sale was coming up. This is the sale where you can choose a charity to receive 5% of the proceeds of any order you place, while you receive 30% off your total order. In my opinion, it’s one of the best sales of the year.

This is not a coupon, but I thought any of you heading out to take advantage of the Coach Coupon this weekend might also want to know that Banana Republic Factory Stores are taking an additional 40% off everything they sell.

This is a great sale – provided they are selling good stuff! I headed out to a Factory Store a few weekends ago and was sorely disappointed. Few of the items in the store looked like anything Banana Republic would EVER sell. But – I might have been there on a bad day, as it was following what I’m sure was a very busy Memorial Day Weekend.

Regardless – if you’re near a Factory Store this could be worth checking out – I love stocking up on sale items using discounts like this!

Right now if you click on then print out the above image, you can redeem it at any Banana Republic Factory Store and get 20% off any order of $100. The coupon below it will allow you to take 25% off your order if you apply for a BR Credit Card, but I don’t recommend doing that. We’re trying to be fantabulously frugal – not go deeper into debt!
