When it comes to workout music I need something with a hard beat. I’ve had the same playlist for awhile now and very few songs get added to it. These are the songs that motivate me and make me want to keep running or walking.

Hmmm, yeah. Like I said, I’ve hardly updated this list at all. These are my favorite songs and I’m sticking to them.

Agreed about needing a hard beat when motivation is needed. That's why lots of rap songs (artists like Eminem, Fort Minor) are usually my go-tos. I like the Toxic by Britney Spears spot on the list though ;)
