I was recently contacted by plus size store Fashion to Figure about the possibility of doing a giveaway and I immediately said yes.  It is my believe that there is a severe lack of trendy plus size clothing on the market, which is just downright silly.  The dearth of clothing that’s designed for the curvier segment of the population is an issue that’s near and dear to my heart.  As I’ve mentioned in the past, I’m a curvy gal and I can swing both ways – the larger size of “regular sizes” and the lower end of “plus size.”  Sometimes it’s an inconvenient place to be but it also makes me appreciate how most plus sized clothing items are shaped like paper bags.  They kind of look like them, too, what with the drab colors and all that.

There are a couple of stores I routinely look to for cute clothing in larger sizes – Faith 21, which is the plus-size offshoot of Forever 21, and Torrid.  With such slim pickings, Fashion to Figure is a very welcome addition to my rotation.  Within 24 hours of learning about this shop I placed an order for four items and I didn’t return anything … a rarity!  The clothes are trendy, affordable, and they actually fit!  {And here’s a fun little bit of trivia – the creators of Fashion to Figure are actually the great grandsons to Lena Bryant, creator of Lane Bryant!}
