One of the items that I love the most from Benefit is their line of BADgal Mascara.  I’ve used the BADgal lash mascara {black} and the BADgal blue mascara, and now I’m itching to try the BADgal plum mascara {$19}.

I know, you’re probably thinking purple mascara?!  I have a secret to share – I wear blue mascara almost everyday {yes, even to work} and I love the extra little pop of color.  I have dark eyelashes so it’s hardly noticeable unless the light hits ‘em in the right way.  So I would totally be down to try this plum shade!

If you haven’t used BADgal mascara before, it’s a pretty good mascara.  The wand is super big, which can be disconcerting at first.  I think the mascara goes on smooth and stays put all day.  The biggest downside, in my opinion, is that the mascara seems to dry out inside the container fairly quickly.
