i've had a really bad experience with ruelala though. i spent a lot of money there once and the package got lost in the mail. they gave me the runaround for months and refused to refund my money. their customer service was very polite but completely unwilling to help.
i had to submit paperwork to my credit card company to cancel the whole transaction and get my money back. it took a couple of months to resolve. it was ridiculous, for something that would be solved within a day with any other major retailer worth their salt.
