Is anyone on your holiday shopping list a bit of a nail polish hussie? (You know this gal – she paints her nails a different color at least 4x per week and ALWAYS sports the newest shade.)
Nail polish makes a great “add on” gift for any present because bottles of nail polish are small, pretty, and always in-demand.
If you plan on sharing the nail polish love this holiday season, here’s my favorite way to buy the best polish and save a little bit of extra cash: Shop at Ulta!
If you don’t have an Ulta nearby – I apologize.
But if you do, you’re in luck.
Ulta releases new coupons almost weekly, with the most common coupon offering $3.50 off any $10 purchase. This coupon is not bad (especially when you consider that you can use this in addition to manufacturers coupons), but my fave coupon is the one you can find in InStyle Magazine almost every month – $5 off any $10 purchase. 50% off if you don’t spend more than $10! (Sometimes you can find this coupon in the circular, but it is rare.)
OPI and Essie nail polishes sell for approximately $8 per bottle at Ulta, so just under the purchase threshold to use the $5 coupon. Find a small item (search the holiday section for great deals!) to put you right at or over the $10 point and get everything for $5, or $3 less than the nail polish alone.
I utilize this trick quite often to save money on the best nail polish brands available.
Do you have any tricks for how to save money on nail polish?

Great tip! I'm going to have to check my InStyle now ;)
