FREE Reusable Grocery Bags

by Lisa on June 22nd, 2009

The website Green4Better.com is giving away millions (!) of reusable grocery bags. The nice ones, too, that fold up in your purse all nice and small!

There’s no catch to get the bag – you just have to fill out the address form and choose what color you want (blue, red, green, pink, yellow).

The only thing the people that run the site ask is that we all start using more reusable grocery bags. Don’t request this one and then let it sit around gathering dust.

Click here to get your free reusable grocery bag.

Thanks to Frugal Plus for the heads up.

Great deal, but I have a question: I submitted my name, email and address along with the color bag I wanted. I clicked sumbit. It then took me to another page that said the request had not yet been submitted, and to confirm my request to click on another hyperlink. I did so, and it took me to another page which was for a site called printclipcoupons.com, and it wants me to sign up for the coupon service. Do I have to do this for the free bag, and print something out? Or am I done, and they just set it up this way in hopes that you will get confused and sign up for the coupon thing?

I had the same problem as Chandra…

That happened to me, too. Right above that link though, in tiny text there was a line that read something like "Thank you, your request has been received."

The text for the coupon site was partially obscuring that – I think they are hoping people just click through to the coupon site, thinking they HAD to do that.

Fingers crossed we all receive our free bags!
